Either of those links will get you right to the EPL. Why not link to the EPL you ask? Because the way you give/receive content on eclipse.org is actually via the "Licenses" section in the Terms of Use. So legally speaking (IANAL, TINLA), it is more accurate to refer people to the terms of use. I hope this helps!
